Is there a minimum number of wall plates that I have to order?
No order is too small. We will make as few as one wall plate, but we do have a $30 order minimum.
What types of wall plates do you engrave and do I have to provide my own plates?
We carry a full line of Leviton, Pass & Seymour, Hubbell and industrial plates in both thermoplastic nylon(unbreakable) and stainless steel so that you doon’t have to!.
Can you engrave stainless steel with red text?
Yes, we have machines that will deep engrave stainless steel. We can paint fill with whatever color you need.
What is your turnaround time?
The lead time for an order is dependent on both volume and plate type. Whether you need a few plates or thousands, we’ll have the faster turnaround time in the industry.

Do you provide proofs prior to going to production?
When you enter your engraving details using the online quoting process, we systematically generate a proof for your job so that you have the confidence up front that your job will be done correctly!
How will I know when my order will arrive?
We will provide you with a definitive lead time when your order has been placed, and we will follow up with UPS tracking information when your order has been prepared for shipping.
Do I have to place my order using your online process, or can I just send you a spreadsheet?
How large an order can you handle?
Just as no order is too small, no order is too large. We are routinely working on multiple hospitals and data centers, etc with thousands of plates at any given time. And, we do it with a faster turnaround time than anyone else in the industry!
